The Essentials: Leading with Care in Urgent Times
Please join us for a four-session series designed for nonprofit leaders navigating stress, uncertainty, and rapid change.
Your participation is an investment in developing the wisdom to be present with what is, to identify what is most needed, and to tend to that. Together, we’ll explore practical tools and facilitate meaningful conversations to help you care for yourself and your team while building resilience, trust, and a sense of stability during challenging times.
Through this series, you will:
Co-create an environment to forge deeper, more trusting connections with each other
Deepen your capacity to lead your teams with clarity and compassion in uncertain moments, holding staff accountable with empathy
Reflect on what matters most and how to align your leadership accordingly
Learn and practice techniques to sustain and replenish your own wellbeing while supporting others
Harness your collective strength to lead powerfully—individually and as a group.
Group sessions will take place on Fridays in June:
June 6 9-11am PT
June 13 9-11am PT
June 20 10:30am-12:30pm (following national ED meeting)
June 27 9-11am PT
In addition to the four group sessions, you will also receive one individual coaching session to deepen your personal learning and apply it to your unique context. We will reach out directly to schedule this individual session.
